Terms & Condition

1. Scope of Services

SID POWER SYSTEMS LIMITED provides the following professional services:

• Inverter Power Back up System

• Online UPS System supports

• Solar Power System Installations

• CCTV Surveillance Cameras Installations

• Earthing System Installation

• Energy Conservation Solution

• Electrical and Energy Consulting

2. Payment Terms

An 85% deposit is required before any installation commences.

The remaining 15% balance is due immediately upon completion of the job.

Payment shall be made via bank transfer or other approved methods.

3. Warranties

- Inverters and Batteries: 1 (one) year warranty

- Solar Panels: 10 (ten) year warranty

Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not apply to misuse, mishandling, or third

party interference.

4. Cancellation, Replacement and Refund Policy

If any equipment is found faulty at the time of purchase, it shall be replaced with a new unit at no

additional cost.Returns or replacements must be requested within 7 days of delivery or installation.

Refunds are only applicable if the installation has not commenced and must be requested in

writing within 3 days of payment.

Processing of eligible refunds will take up to 10 business days.

5. Liability

SID POWER SYSTEMS LIMITED shall not be held liable for any damage, malfunction, or

performance issue resulting from unauthorized interference or modifications by the client or a

third party.

Clients are advised to contact us directly for any issues arising post-installation.

6. Maintenance and Support

One-time free servicing is included within the first 6 months from the date of installation.

Additional or periodic maintenance services beyond this period shall require a separate

maintenance agreement.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a safe, secure, and accessible working environment.

Any required permits or approvals from local authorities shall be obtained by the client unless

otherwise agreed.

8. Confidentiality

All client information shall be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties

without prior written consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Lagos State, Nigeria.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts within Lagos jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance and Signature

By signing below, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the

Terms and Conditions of SID POWER SYSTEMS LIMITED.
